About the Founder
Jason Potts
Founder & Lead Engineer, Precision Crawlspace Integrations LLC

With over two decades of engineering leadership and executive experience across the aerospace, defense, and heavy industrial sectors, Jason Potts brings a distinctly different level of expertise to residential foundation and moisture control. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Alabama, Jason founded Precision Crawlspace Integrations to bring true building science to Lowcountry homes.
He approaches every crawlspace not just as a contractor, but as an engineer. By analyzing structural load paths, vapor drives, and hydrostatic pressure, Jason designs permanent, science-backed solutions rather than temporary band-aids.
Beyond the substructure of homes, Jason’s life is firmly anchored by his family and his faith. He and his wife, Brittany, are blessed with four children, and their family remains deeply committed to loving God and serving actively in their local church community.
When he isn’t engineering foundation solutions, Jason is an avid outdoorsman. Whether he’s exploring the historic South Carolina waterways searching for antique relics, out off-road riding, or simply enjoying God’s creation with his family, he is proud to call the Lowcountry home.
Jason believes that the same integrity, precision, and dedication required to raise a strong family and honor God should be applied to the way a business treats its customers and their homes.
